Each of the male leads are unique and appealing in their own way, making it a relief not to have to choose between them. I loved each of them for their own reasons, and quite honestly never felt like I was more tired of one over another.
I really liked that it has a story that plays out as you deal with a number of standalone jobs, while based out of your main job that has a number of different rooms to be worked on one at a time.
I immediately loved the characters; they were so real and intriguing that I found myself connecting to them almost as soon as they came on the page. Nova is such a strong, yet slightly broken individual, having been through so much hardship so young that has taken a mental toll despite her resilience in continuing forward.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this book. It took me a couple chapters to really get into it and get an idea of how I might feel about it, and from that point I could not stop reading because I was so invested in the characters and the story playing out.
